How the Munich press views local politics

Elections will be held in Munich on March 8. More than one million Munich residents will be able to decide who will shape the city's politics over the next six years. Immigration, high rents, traffic, climate adaptation - the challenges are huge. After lavish revenues gave the city a great deal of room for maneuver for a long time, savings will have to be made in the near future. Which projects can Munich still afford? Which issues do politicians urgently need to tackle in order to lead the city into the future?
