Jewish liturgical musicwill be performed on Wednesday, August 19, at the Brodyer Synagogue.The regional rabbis of Saxony-Anhalt, Daniel Fabian, and of Saxony, Zsolt Balla,will give a special concert titled “Music for the Soul.” Their performance is part of the educational and concert tour “Evolution of Jewish Music—Jewish Music Through the Ages.” The project aims to raise awareness of Jewish life and culture in Germany—particularly in eastern Germany—while also strengthening local Jewish communities. The event is hosted by the Federation of Traditional Jews in Germany in collaboration with the Jewish Religious Community of Leipzig. Free admission is available; no registration is required.
