Musikgarten Festival

On Saturday,August 1, 2026, Böhler Park at the Areal Böhler will be transformed into a musical garden filled with sounds, encounters, and special moments. At the Musikgarten Festival, you can look forward to a full day in the open air—with live sessions, select artists, and a unique atmosphere set against a backdrop of green meadows and an urban industrial landscape.

From 3 p.m. to 10 p.m., a space will emerge where you can experience music up close. Instead of a sense of distance, the focus will be on genuine encounters, special live moments, and closeness to the artists. This year’s lineup is headlined by Moglii, whose unmistakable blend of electronic beats, organic instruments, and atmospheric sounds perfectly matches the character of the Musikgarten. The program is rounded out by AMSL & CANIELLI, BUFIMAN, PHILIPP JONDO, KARMABOY, and CH!EF —a diverse lineup spanning house, electronica, downtempo, and club culture.

Over the past few years, the Musikgarten has established itself as a special concert series at the Areal Böhler and has already thrilled more than 5,000 attendees. With acts like Douwe Bob, Asha Jefferies, Lina Maly, and zeck, a platform has been created that combines musical quality with extraordinary venues.

The festival also remains true to this philosophy: authentic live music, genuine sounds, and an atmosphere that can’t be planned—it has to be experienced.
