Throughout his life, Oskar Maria Graf was regarded as a political author. His commitment was based on an anarchist understanding of socialism. But what about his image of gender? The public conference of the Oskar Maria Graf Society is dedicated to the female figures in the work of Oskar Maria Graf, as well as the author's image of women in all phases of his work from the revolutionary period of 1918/19 through the years of the Weimar Republic to his exile.
