About the Event

Solo Travelers: 99% of guests come alone. We guarantee an atmosphere where you'll feel like part of the group within minutes. ✨

For the women: We aim for at least 30% women participation to help women connect with other women and feel safe and comfortable. 🌸

Date & Time: Thursday, 25.06.2026 from 18:15 - 20:00 📅

Location: Wombat's HBF, at the Bar 📍 If the door towards the bar is closed the reception will open it for you.

Attendees: This event is limited to 29 people + 1 organizer 🎉

Age Range: 18-35 (If you are younger or older then the Age Range - please don't join) 👥

What to Bring: We provide you with a lot of different board and card games BUT the evening can go on indefinitely after the closing time if you bring your own games so please bring some even if it's just UNO. 🃏

Not included in the ticket price: Please don't bring your own drinks/snacks. The location doesn't allow it and sells it's own at good prices. 🥤

Schedule

Arrival: Settling in and finding a seat. Waiting 10 minutes for everyone to arrive after that we start. It's always best to arrive a couple minutes early. 🛋️

Kick-off: An explanation of the game at your table 🎤 & grabbing yourself a name-tag and if you want to a drink.

Active & Connect: Play exciting board and card games, team up, and meet new people. 🏰

Closing: Stay at Wombats or go to a different place afterwards for the people that still have energy and the other people go home. 🌙
