In the organizer's words:
Double Feature / double bill:
Hearing as a Form of Seeing: This evening brings together two projects that shift our focus from seeing to hearing and ask what we might perceive, feel, or understand differently if our ears—rather than our eyes—led the way.
Vision-s - Can we see through listening?
is an experimental dance piece that emerged from a question choreographer Nagao Akemi—who feels overwhelmed by visual stimuli—has long carried with her: Can we see through listening?
A dance piece created for listening. (Running time approx. 40 min.) Premiere
