Hello friends of movement,
I cordially invite you to Natural Movement 🌱
How you move is how you are! Use movement and physicality to actively shape your life and gain access to your nature 🤸
🍁 Tuesdays at 5:30 pm in the culture room 405
We move in a versatile, playful and conscious way! We practise all sorts of things and use the experiences and exchanges to grow as individuals and as a community.
There are fixed themes in phases, in the past e.g. climbing trees, balancing, playing with things, interaction, movement games, acrobatics... The focus is always on personal well-being and exchange. We learn from each other and with each other instead of measuring ourselves against our performance. I look forward to your wishes and ideas. Currently no fixed topic.
Everyone (18+) with a body is welcome. Loads can be customized.
