In the organizer's words:
sipgate shows is pleased to present two new large-format photographic works from the "Aurora Urbanis" series by Andreas Gefeller, which we will be showing for the first time in our exhibition space on Wednesday evening in the presence of the artist.
The works from the "Aurora Urbanis" series show seemingly colorful abstractions, but they are actually night shots that work with the residual light that we are only partially aware of with our eyes. It's never dark, there's still a glimmer!
