New York – Rojava Ausstellung

Lia Cucco - Elisabeth Seidel

Lia Cucco and Elisabeth Seidel show paintings, drawings and collages.
The rhapsody notes in the blues dance through the streets of New York. The Lady of Freedom likes to join in and plays with the colors and geometries of the skyscrapers. - What a contrast to Rojava Kurdistan. The song above the ruins is full of longing, like the blues.
We hear it in the film Daren Bi Tene "lonely trees" and the myth of the white horse accompanies the people who live and survive there.
