Nick Carter, undeniably the most popular of the five Backstreet Boys for decades, started his career at the age of 12 and quickly became an international pop superstar - as the youngest member of the legendary boy band. With his unmistakable charisma and a career spanning more than 30 years as a heartthrob, his successes go far beyond sold-out venues and include a variety of projects in TV, film, philanthropy and publishing. After achieving another unique triumphant success worldwide in 2019 with the 10th Backstreet Boys album "DNA" , he has recently turned his attention back to his solo career. In 2023, he released four new singles, all of which could be an indication that he could soon release the follow-up to his last solo album "All American" . As part of his European tour, Nick Carter will be stopping off in Germany between July 15 and 23, 2024 in Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, Frankfurt and Munich.

The Backstreet Boys are considered the ultimate blueprint of a consistently successful boy band across all decades and generations - and are also the best-selling in their particular genre. The group received one of the most lucrative record deals of all time: in 1999, they signed a contract with Jive Records for 60 million dollars. Since then, the band - and Nick Carter with them - have taken the world by storm, selling over 130 million records globally, receiving five Grammy nominations and winning countless Billboard, MTV Video Music, American Music, RIAA and People's Choice Awards as well as an honorary star on the legendary Hollywood Walk of Fame. To date, the Backstreet Boys have toured the globe several times, released ten studio albums and broken several records, including the US record for the most albums sold in one year with over eleven million copies of their third studio album "Millennium" in 1999.

Nevertheless, Carter ventured into a solo career in 2002 with his debut album " Now or Never". It made an impressive debut at number 17 in the Billboard 200 charts and received gold awards in the USA, Japan and Canada. This was the beginning of a successful solo journey that has since complemented his fame as a member of the Backstreet Boys. Since then, Carter has released three more solo albums: 'I'm Taking Off' in 2012 and 'All American' in 2016 - as well as an album-length collaboration with Jordan Knight titled 'Nick & Knight' (2014).

In 2004, Carter made his first ambitious foray into the world of film, starring in the remake of the classic horror film "Sleepy Hollow", titled "The Hollow". Since then, Carter has repeatedly demonstrated his acting talents with guest appearances in films and TV shows, such as the revived series "90210". In 2006, Carter and his wife Lauren Kitt gave an insight into their everyday life with their own reality TV show "House of Carters". He also successfully took part in the hit show " The Masked Singer" and "Dancing with the Stars", reaching the finals in both series.

In 2023, Carter completed another major tour with the Backstreet Boys, which, like the album of the same name, was one of the most successful in the boy band's long history, before embarking on a solo US tour for the first time in seven years. The "Who I Am" tour, with which he is now also coming to Europe, followed the release of four new solo singles: "Superman", "Made For Us", Hurts to Love You" and "Never Break My Heart (Not Again)". This year, he will not only be coming to Europe with the "Who I Am" tour, but will also be touring South America, Asia and North America once again - interrupted only by the "Backstreet's Back at the Beach Cancun" concert series in April alongside his four bandmates.
