Strange bugs roam the corridors, some floors of the gloomy high-rise complex look completely neglected and there seems to be no end to the cellars: When student Rin moves into her new apartment, she quickly realizes that a lot is wrong here. But she can't simply terminate the contract. And so the young woman begins to get to the bottom of the rumors about paranormal phenomena and strange deaths on her own.

NIGHTMARE BUGS feels like "Alice in Wonderland", only here Alice takes a direct turn into the abyss of hell. What follows is a surreal nightmare full of disturbing creatures, inexplicable twists and turns and plenty of absurd moments. A wild rollercoaster ride of J-horror, mystery thriller and grotesque anime madness for anyone who wants to lose themselves in the Uncanny Valley or be swallowed up by it.
