NOËP is the project of Estonian multi-instrumentalist, songwriter and producer Andres Kõpper - the millennial from Tallinn fuses sophsticated electro-pop with intimate songwriting and draws inspiration from Jungle, Alt-J, José González and Mura Masa. Laptop, keyboard and launchpad: NOËP'sset up needs nothing more than that to pump indie and electronica, oddball basslines and catchy beats into the audience. Modern, danceable, lots of smart wordplay, wonderful pop-cultural cross-references and plenty of favorite-song-on-the-mixtape potential: this style has already made him a star in his home country

NOËP'sfirst successes were the singles "Move", "Rooftop" and "New Heights", which he released via Sony Sweden and which have been grazed by more than 20 million streams on Spotify. His debut EP "Heads in the Clouds" was voted Pop Album of the Year at the Estonian Music Awards in 2019 and was the record with the most airplay of the year. In 2022, NOËP was nominated for a whopping 6 awards at the Estonian Music Awards - an absolute record! He won Best Album and Best Pop Album of the Year for his debut album "No Man Is An Island ", as well as Best Male Artist and Best Pop Artist. Since launching his solo career in 2016, he has also conquered the international music scene: the Estonian can now boast almost 60 million streams on Spotify alone.

NOËP, who is also a renowned film director, shot a remarkable video for the 2019 single "fk this up" , which he directed himself. The song was licensed by Warner Music, became a top 5 hit in Italy, recently reached gold status there and stormed the viral charts on Spotify in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Benelux and the UK.

But his rousing live performances in Dubai and Beirut to the Musée d'Orsay in Paris and The Great Escape in Brighton have also cemented his reputation as an act to be reckoned with. In the fall of 2023, NOËP became the first Estonian artist to hold a stadium concert in Tallinn, setting a new attendance record of 14,000 people. In the same year, he played an intense set at the Reeperbahn Festival in front of almost 1,000 people, as well as two sold-out shows in London.

Always on the move: in 2024, NOËP released the infectious club number "Go home, you're drunk" (feat. RIIVA) and has more releases on the way. He is planning live tours throughout Europe - everything is on the move for the young Estonian.
