Collaborations between artists are nothing new in the music world. Queen and David Bowie, Alicia Keys and Jay-Z, Sting and Brandford Marsalis. The list goes on and on. The band Nujakasha takes this kind of collaboration to a new, unique level!

On this evening, the three-piece band meets Aka Kelzz from Berlin. They met at The Great Escape Festival in Brighton and gained their first musical experience together on the REMEMBER? tour last fall. Together with Aka Kelzz, existing KELZZ songs are completely rearranged and reinterpreted. The interplay of the typical Nujakasha sound, KELZZ's musical vision and the uniqueness of the concert creates an energy that is hard to resist.

The FEATURE FEATURE event series is intended to be a musical haven where young and old can broaden their musical horizons and celebrate music as a community.

Nujakasha creates spherical clouds of sound and driving beats. Purely instrumental. Drums, bass, piano, synthesizer and violin merge into a soundscape influenced by hip-hop, jazz and soul. Rhythmic overlays are replaced by danceable grooves and rapid musical runs merge into lyrical melodies. As the backing band and co-producers of Ferge X Fisherman, the three instrumentalists have worked with international artists such as Mick Jenkins, Takuya Kuroda, NEONE the Wonderer and Hunter Rose.

Aka Kelzz was born in the UK and now lives in Berlin. KELZZ is a singer, songwriter and creative force who creates cross-genre soundscapes with roots in alternative R&B, soul, house and spoken word. As a queer, non-binary art maker, KELZZ uses music as a space for liberation, vulnerability and radical self-expression - bringing Black and queer narratives to the forefront that are often overlooked or marginalized in the mainstream.

Inspired by artists such as Lianne La Havas, Little Simz, Sade and Cleo Sol, AKA KELZZ's sound blends silky vocal layers with emotionally grounded lyrics that explore themes of love, identity, healing and resistance. KELZZ's performances create emotional sanctuaries - intimate, haunting and unadulteratedly real.
