In the organizer's words:
occasional urges brings together works by Sophronia Cook, Dorota Gawęda and Eglė Kulbokaitė, Rindon Johnson and David Reed, who explore how temporal presence is captured and made tangible in the artworks through gestures, body movements and changing states. The interplay of transparency and presence as well as the multi-layered superimposition of these elements bring processual approaches into focus, which are characterized by past experiences, thoughts and memories and in which the changeability of states is central.
