In the organizer's words:

The public competition rounds will take place from December 5 to 10!
Every day, up to 9 pianists will present a 40-60 minute solo program full of fascinating piano music.

Admission is free - enjoy as much music as you like and follow the talents on their way through the competition from the very beginning.

December 5-7, 1st competition round
daily 10-14 h and 17-21 h

Beethoven & Baroque: Solo program with works by Johann Sebastian Bach and Ludwig van Beethoven

December 8 and 9, 2nd competition round
10 am - 2 pm and 5 pm - 9 pm

Beethoven & Romanticism: an encounter with the sound world of the 19th century

3rd competition round/semi-final
10 am - 2 pm and 5 pm - 7 pm

Beethoven & the 20th century: Contrasting programs between tradition and modernity

Admission only between the candidates

The exhibition - "...not for women's hands"? - Female composers and pianists in the 19th century - takes place in the foyer.
