Olytopia: Repair Café meets Fresh Fashion

In the organizer's words:

On June 12, Olytopia is hosting another Repair Café, this time with a visit from Fresh Fashion!

From 4 to 7 p.m., we will be helping to repair broken things: Small appliances and bicycles. There will also be computer, cell phone and Linux support.

This time there will also be support for repairing clothes, whether inconspicuous or with eye-catching embroidery: we'll show you how to do it.
Even clothes that don't yet have holes can be spruced up. Simply bring along any items of clothing or fabrics that you would like to alter. The rest of the material will be provided by us. Would you like to learn a few techniques but don't have any garments that you can use? No problem, we also have test fabrics.

You will find us in the community hall in the basement of the Protestant church center (Helene-Mayer-Ring 25).

Please send us an email in advance to repaircafe@olytopia.de if you have more complicated requests or things for which we need special tools, then we will ask our experts if they can help.

The repair is free of charge, but donations for the project are welcome. :)

There will also be snacks, coffee and tea. So feel free to drop by for that too!
