Onboarding im Irgendwo

Onboarding at Irgendwo will take place this year on 28.3. and 12.4. from 12.30 pm!

The Irgendwo is a place to create together. Here you can

- expand and live out your craft and creative skills

- make people happy by cooking together

- strengthen our community and the Irgendwo as a safe space where you can get involved in awareness, team care or conflict management

- take on shifts at events

- familiarize yourself with lighting or sound technology

- develop our social structures with us

- enrich our project with your very own ideas.

We are preparing the following docking opportunities for you on the two onboarding days:

1 p.m. Arrive and get to know each other briefly

1:45 p.m. to the evening: Join in on the space: Various projects have been prepared on the space where you can join in and get to know us.

or 13:45 Presentation of the various working groups: Catering, area design, awareness, coordination/team care, event technology, program, lab, garden, forum and advice

14:45 Talk about the values, idea and history of the project

15:30 Our structure: How do we work and make decisions?

17:00 Open discussion and Q&A session

18:30 Meal

So you can decide for yourself what interests you, at what times you want to take part in the talks and when you prefer to help outside. Feel free to come along!
