Open Air: Kino to Go

Short film program outdoors and for everyone

With short films on tour through Dortmund's city center! We'll be taking our mobile cinema to go around the houses, turning their walls into screens. The films tumble out of the cinema onto the street, where they meet a wide variety of audiences. This popular
event almost fell victim to the cultural cutbacks. Instead of a specially curated program, this year we are therefore showing a best-off selection of international short films from all sections: Experimental shorts, music videos, films from the independent scene, silent films, animations and animated films for children.

This program is fun and enlivens the city centre with lots of loud, colourful, feminist images in motion.
