At the end of the OPEN DYKES month of April, the festival invites a distinguished visitor from Berlin: Magic Dyke* is a masc dyke* strip group from Berlin by and for lesbians, queer women, non-binary, trans, inter and agender people. The collective performs masc stripping of non-cis masculinities and gives butches, studs, bois, mascs and genderfuckers a stage to feel sexy in a world that tells them they are not.
The Magic Dyke* show celebrates "hot butchness": There are go-go dancers with beards and strap-on dildos, but also sexy butches in men's suits, macho cowboys, leather guys and tattooed dykes. Archetypes from heteronormative mainstream porn are also playfully staged - always with a delicious, subversive queer-lesbian twist.
Afterwards, Daddy Dike will be on the turntables with some nice electronic sounds.
