OPERA FOR ALL: DON GIOVANNI

Summer, sun and an open-air opera: pack your picnic blankets and enjoy music in the open air. This year, the Bayerische Staatsoper is broadcasting Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's Don Giovanni in a production by David Hermann with Vera-Lotte Boecker, Kyle Ketelsen, Konstantin Krimmel and Giovanni Sala in the main roles .

Free admission! No ticket required.
Please note that the production is recommended for ages 14 and up.

VISITING TIPS

We look forward to an enjoyable evening at the opera with you, but would ask you to observe a few important notes:

- glass bottles are not permitted. Drinks in PET bottles (max. 0.5 l) may be brought along.

- It is not permitted to bring hard, bulky objects (boxes, knives, chains, weapons of any kind, flares,
fireworks, sparklers etc.) is not permitted
- It is not permitted to bring any furniture such as folding chairs. Please take a mat with you to sit on
a base that is no thicker than 8 cm. Air mattresses or similar thick seating are not permitted.
- Dogs are not permitted on the event grounds
- Bicycles are prohibited on the entire event site. It is also forbidden to carry
bicycles and baby carriages are also not permitted (with the exception of local residents).
- From 16:00 -23:00, the entire Alfons-Goppel-Straße is closed to bicycle and car traffic
- The toilets are located on the event grounds.

HOW TO GET THERE
We recommend arriving by public transportation. Marstallplatz can be reached on foot from Marienplatz and Odeonsplatz in about ten minutes.

BY BIKE
Bicycle racks are located behind the Marstall building. These can be reached via Marstallstraße. Due to the closure of Alfons-Goppel-Straße, it is possible to bypass the event site via a north-south crossing via Maximilianstraße -Residenzstraße-- Odeonsplatz or vice versa or via Odeonsplatz - Hofgarten - Karl-Scharnagl-Ring - Maximilianstraße - Falkenturmstraße - Sparkassenstraße.

BY CAR
Approach via the Altstadtring into Maximilianstraße.
