2 days of artist & expert talks, workshops, concerts, networking & action in Hamburg

On October 26 and 27, 2024, RockCity Hamburg e.V. invites the independent music scene with musicians, music creators, DJs, bands and industry newcomers from all over Germany to the Music Future Convention OPERATION TON in Hamburg.

2 days full of artist talks, panels, workshops, tech and green talks, songwriting and production checks, networking, booking confessionals, DJ sets, performances, concerts, pink carpet, drinks & action for artists, fans and the industry.

In 2024, OPERATION TON will talk with and for stars, starlets and the music industry about live concerts + money, everyday working life in management, merchandising in the climate and cost check, artist collaborations, AI tools + composing, metadata + future, fan loyalty + community building with AI, social content, ads and new ways in digital marketing, diversity + protest in pop, green vinyl + sustainability, new rights + pop culture, digital merch + K-POP and the new artist identities.

OPERATION TON, Hamburg's first Music Future Convention, started in 2007 as a nationwide congress for musical future issues. Today, OPERATION TON is a nationwide 2-day event for musicians, DJs, bands, producers, music creators, industry newcomers, club lovers and all those who invent, perform, develop, distribute or simply love music.
