This is exactly why I created my most popular workshop, Orgasmic Woman.

This workshop is not about getting your body to finally work better. It's about understanding it. Female pleasure is so much more diverse than most of us have learned. Many women only know a small part of their arousal and then believe there is something wrong with them. What they often lack is knowledge, safety, language and a loving approach to their own body.

In Orgasmic Woman, you will get to know the 12 orgasmic pathways and discover how differently pleasure can manifest itself: clitoral, vaginal, wavelike, deep, subtle, wild, emotional, mental, anal, energetic or full-body. You will find out why some ways are more accessible to you than others and what your body needs in order to open up new spaces.

We will talk about orgasm without pressure, without shame and without the typical "you just have to relax".

You will receive specific impulses on breathing, the nervous system, building arousal, inner security, communication and surrender. Topics such as squirting, vaginal climaxes, multiple orgasms and pleasure with a partner will also be covered in an honest, clear and open way for all your questions.

This workshop is for you if you want to understand your pleasure better, if you often feel too much in your head during sex, if you find it harder to come with a partner than alone, if you wonder whether you've ever had an orgasm at all, or if you simply feel: I want to experience my body even more deeply.

You don't have to be able to do anything, prove anything or be a particularly "sexually open" woman. You can come with your curiosity, with your questions, with your longing and with anything you may have been unsure about.
