Gender, Identity, Diversity is an event that combines artistic practice, social discourse and communal experience. The aim of this first edition is to give trans people more visibility, strengthen their voices and create an open space for exchange, reflection and empowerment. The focus will be on Kerosin95 (Austria) and Cysalde (France), two internationally active trans artists who will share both their artistic and personal perspectives on this evening. From 18:00 we invite you to a relaxed exchange with an aperitivo. Afterwards, a 20-minute piece of music theater, for all ages, without language, will open the evening and encourage people to deal with questions of foreign forms, bodies and identity. The event will end with a DJ set by the Feelgood Selection, which will place a special focus on FLINTA artists* of the hip hop movement on this evening.

Performance: QuiChiWhoWer by Hannah Schock and Fabio Zindaco

From seed to germ, from plant creature to fruit, blessing or curse? The metamorphosis of QuiChiWhoWer, a 20-minute musical theater, for all ages, without language. The artists use a minimalist scenography in which a piano, a clarinet, gestures and movement take center stage. In doing so, they embark on a search for the unknown and push the boundaries of their audience's imagination. Their tools: poetry and absurdity!

Hannah Schock - actress, performance artist and clarinettist. Trained at the International School of Corporal Mime in Paris, she combines the Décroux technique with a contemporary and performative approach, inspired by the diversity of movement of animals and plants.

Fabio Zindaco - composition, sound effects, piano, vocals and double bass. Largely self-taught, he deepened his musical knowledge with Roberto Saccoman, at the CIM in Paris and with Françoise Pujol. He learned to tune and repair pianos with Bernard Pellerin. He founded the Flying Piano project in 2013. He is a founding member of the Feelgood Selection.

Panel discussion: Kerosin95 + Cysalde

In the panel discussion, the artists will talk about their experiences as trans people in the music industry and in society. They will talk about visibility, discrimination, self-organization, but also about successes, empowerment and solidarity. The audience will be actively involved in the exchange to enable an open dialog between artists and audience.

Cysalde

[DE] Cysalde: Neutral name. A butterfly that became an ogre on the gloomy rooftops of the tender world.
Cysalde, a cheerful, decadent low boy, poetically recounts his adventures in the land of splendid good-for-nothings. They switch from rap to techno, from triphop to psychedelic rock. His crystal-clear voice and profound language confuse genders and erase the traditional two-gender thought system. Slowly explosive and danceable live.
A fan of Chameleons and Fernando Pessoa, Cysalde is currently working on his second solo album in Paris, supported by the ADAMI Creation Grant.

Feelgood Selection

Feelgood Selection began in 2012 in the suburbs of Munich. It is now firmly anchored in the DJ scene here and is internationally networked beyond national borders. The overall style of the Feelgood Selection was largely inspired by wefunkradio.com and enriched with elements of Latin, reggae, jazz and drum & bass. The aim is to spread a good mood in a funky atmosphere and to mix vinyl.
