Whether you practise yoga regularly or just fancy a relaxing hour in the countryside - this session is for you.

You can expect flowing movements, targeted stretches for the hip flexors and backs of the legs, gentle twists and quiet moments to pause for a moment. We strengthen what is often neglected in everyday life and allow your breath to flow freely.

Everything can, nothing has to - you practise the way that feels good for you today. The class is suitable for all levels, even if you have never done yoga before :)

Bring along: Your own mat or a large towel
Contribution: Pay what you want - the class takes place on a donation basis
Meeting point: Grüneburgpark (Westend), lower part on the meadow
