Outdoor Yoga im Hofgarten mit Katharina

Summer is here—so let’s just move our “Stadtfreunde” yoga class outside! 🧘☀️

Fresh air, exercise, and nice people—what more could you need to kick off your evening (or night out) on the right foot? :) 

We’ll practice in the shade of the trees and consciously adapt the class to the heat—with a gentle pace and plenty of space to breathe. No one needs to worry about the heat.

Katharina isa Hatha and Vinyasa yoga teacher and is preparing a class for you that’s suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners. 

Bring your yoga mat, maybe a small towel, and plenty of water. And don’t forget your sunscreen ☀️ Come alone or with friends. As always, a chat afterward is very welcome! 

This event is donation-based.
