Imagine this: You roll out your mat while a disused blast furnace rises into the sky above you. Around you - rusty pipes, overgrown paths and the soft crackling of the wind. Welcome to Industrial Yoga - your time-out in one of the most beautiful places in the Ruhr region.

The special atmosphere of the Duisburg-Nord Landscape Park inspires me every time - that's how the idea of offering yoga in an industrial setting came about. "Industrial Yoga" - movement, mindfulness and relaxation in a place that radiates energy and history at the same time.

In this outdoor yoga class, we combine powerful and flowing vinyasa elements with conscious breathing and deep relaxation. The industrial backdrop reminds us that change is always possible - both inside and out - and I am delighted to be practicing yoga with you in this wonderful place.
