Participation Information

This event is exclusively for women 18 years of age and older.

Items included with the ticket (e.g., goodies, drinks, smoothies, or other benefits) will be distributed exclusively on-site as part of event participation. Separate pickup, cash refunds, or retroactive distribution are not permitted.

Cancellation & Transfer Policy
Tickets are non-refundable but transferable. Please notify me via contact@girlscoffeeclub.de at least 24 hours before the event begins and provide the new name. After that, no changes to the reservation will be possible.

Please note that you are responsible for arranging the transfer of your ticket on your own.
We do not post ticket requests or ticket transfers on our channels.

Liability & Personal Responsibility
Participation is at your own risk. The organizer is not liable for property damage or the loss of personal belongings, unless such damage or loss results from gross negligence or willful misconduct.
The organizer is liable to the extent required by law for damages resulting from injury to life, limb, or health.

Photos & Videos
Photos and videos will be taken during the event. These may subsequently be used for public relations purposes and for publication on GIRLS Coffee Club’s social media channels and website.
By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the free creation and use of images of yourself to the extent described above.
