The jazz department of the University of the Arts Bremen is once again presenting a varied program. The evening in the HfK music cellar will be opened by the band of electric bass student Felipe Valencia Pedraza. Vibraphonist Izabella Effenberg will then perform to present her new project together with Prof. Esther Kaiser from Dresden and with the participation of HfK jazz students. Last but not least, bassist Patrick Scales will play together with piano teacher Oli Poppe and jazz students from the HfK Bremen.

The experienced bassist Patrick Scales is particularly at home in jazz-rock. He is known for his many years of collaboration with artists such as Pee Wee Ellis and Klaus Doldinger.
