Are you looking for ways to take a deep breath more often and get away from the stress of everyday life? Then our "Break in the park" is just the thing for you! We will go out into nature together and learn practical methods that will help us to regulate our own nervous system in a short space of time, reduce stress and create practical islands of relaxation for everyday life.
