Hailed as a “wonderful musician with an impressive sense of storytelling” (Le Soir), Petar Pejčić ranks among the top of the new generation of classical musicians. As the winner of the ECHO Rising Stars 2026–27, he is currently performing on some of Europe’s most prestigious stages. At the age of fifteen, Petar left his hometown of Belgrade to study music in Germany. Is that perhaps why he titled his program “Heimweh”?
