In the organizer's words:

Join us for a special breakfast listening session with Peter Somuah as he presents his new album *Walking Distance* at Atemporal.

Starting at 10:00 AM, we invite you to slow down, settle in, and experience the album together in an intimate morning setting dedicated to deep listening and mindfulness. In addition to a full album playback, Peter will also perform a live trumpet solo, creating a personal connection with the music behind the record.

This session is donation-based, open to everyone, and by RSVP only. A gentle morning to relax, connect, and start the day through sound.

Peter Somuah was born and raised in Accra, Ghana, where he discovered the trumpet at a young age. He became fascinated by the melodic power of the instrument, influenced by highlife, Afrobeat, and jazz. On his musical journey, he drew inspiration from greats such as Ebo Taylor, Hugh Masekela, and Miles Davis—artists who transcended genres and borders. After moving to Rotterdam, he found a home in the city’s vibrant jazz and improvisation scene. There, he developed his own sound and founded his band. His debut album, *Outer Space*, won an Edison Jazz Award and established him as an important voice in the jazz world.
