Songslam - Sommerspezial: Deutschlands größter Songslam gastiert in der ufaFabrik

A Songslam is a competition among singer-songwriters and folk musicians in which the audience determines the winner through applause. The Songslam Neukölln, which takes place six times a year at Heimathafen Neukölln, is the largest event of its kind in Germany. On July 12, this show will make a guest appearance with a summer special on the covered open-air stage at the ufaFabrik—a highlight of the year that showcases a cross-section of Berlin’s music scene with an international lineup.

Songslam Neukölln has been around for twelve years. Its goal is to promote handmade, non-electronic music and to introduce musicians from this genre to a wider audience. Artists who have previously performed at Songslam include: Catt, Das Lumpenpack, Bodo Wartke, Miss Allie, Dota Kehr, and Alin Coen.
