PUKI cordially invites all interested citizens to immerse themselves in the exciting world of plant research! Together with scientists from Heinrich Heine University, you can collect research data in the PUKI (Plant, Environment, Climate, Interaction) project and thus make an important contribution to research into the adaptations of plants to their environment. Prof. Dr. Petra Bauer and Dr. Bruno Walther (both Heinrich Heine University) will give a brief introduction to the research topic as well as practical instructions on how to use the 'Flora Incognita' app. This app can be used to identify almost all plant species in Germany. The introduction will be followed by a mini-excursion through the city center to collect data together.
