Living with dementia. You don't have to walk this path alone!🤝🏼

When someone you love falls ill with dementia , many things suddenly feel difficult. Familiar things change, roles shift and often worries, exhaustion and many unanswered questions remain. That's exactly what this course is for.

The free training course "Living with Dementia", offered by the Alzheimer Societies NRW in cooperation with the AOK Rheinland/Hamburg, gives you support, knowledge and orientation.

In four evenings, you will learn to better understand the disease , find out what support you are entitled to and get helpful ideas for dealing with stressful situations.

Above all, you will meet people who feel like you and understand you.

The individual course dates for the entire course take place on the following days: 18.02. | 25.02. | 04.03. | 25.03.2026 from 5 to 8 pm.

Participation is free of charge and open to members of all health insurance companies.
