"Philipps Playlist" live im KAIFU-Bad

It doesn't always have to be a vacation to get away from it all. Sometimes an evening or just a moment is enough, when you slowly slide into the water and let yourself drift to gentle piano sounds in the illuminated saltwater pool. NDR Kultur presenter Philipp Schmid will provide just such a moment when he makes a stop at the Kaifu brine pool on November 23 with his podcast "Philipps Playlist" and plays live on the piano.

Since December 2020, host Philipp Schmid has been taking his listeners on half-hour journeys of thought in the NDR Kultur podcast "Philipps Playlist." Every week, he compiles a hand-picked playlist of five songs and melodies that he feels personally fit a particular theme. This can be music for a walk in the woods, a road trip or a simple accompaniment to fall asleep to. To this end, he improvises on the piano, plays the transitions between the pieces and gives insights into his thoughts.
