Pinch Black + Greh + Roots Of Unrest

In the organizer's words:

Pinch Black:

Founded in 2018 by Burkhard and Laura, the pair hit the ground running and produced several music videos in addition to their studio albums (it's worth checking out!). They describe their musical style as "epic death metal" with many influences from the entire metal genre, such as Cattle Decapitation, Dethklok and Immortal. Burkhard's deep vocals and the epic-melodic guitar riffs are particularly characteristic. If you have the chance to hear them or see them live, you should definitely not hesitate.

Greh:

GREH is a new band of Gjero Krsteski (guitar / ex. HELLGREASER), Maurice Monne (drums / HARD STRIKE, MILAN) and Martin Kocula (vocals / GRAU) from Germany. After Gjero left HELLGREASER, he founded GREH. First in 2022 as a one-man project and in 2023 as a full-fledged band. On March 31, 2023, the digital debut EP "Reversion Of The Repressed" was released with five songs, which stylistically represent a mixture of black and death metal with doom elements, combining sadness and heaviness with groove and dissonance.

The band has supported bands like Ophis, HEXIS, Iron Walrus, Magefa and headlined shows together with Arsen, Dornen, Tristis, Tourin Horse since 2023 and gained a legion of fans. GREH are currently working on their debut album, due for release in winter 2024.

For fans of: Hexis, Heriot, Nails, Mantar, Thou, Konvent, Conan, YOB, Nightmarer, Predatory Void, Triptykon, Body Void, Primitive Man.

Roots Of Unrest:

Nobody probably associates the tranquil town of Rodgau with death metal. But this is exactly where a band is at work that is known for its brutal sound. ROOTS OF UNREST hammer the metal world with their very own and versatile version of heavy music. The foundation is undoubtedly death metal interspersed with powerful headbanging grooves and catchy melodies. As soon as the tons of death roll over you, the band gives you enough space to breathe with melodic yet powerful passages. So far, the death metallers from Roots Of Unrest have attracted attention with two EPs. With In Memory Of Mankind in particular, the Hessians took a big step forward. After the pandemic years and line-up changes, Roots Of Unrest have now created their first album Burning Paradise, which was released on 23.03.2024. For the recordings of Burning Paradise, the quintet holed up in the studio of Marburg Records, where the album was recorded by Jannis Waldhans in the summer of 2023.
