Sorting grains of rice by size, ironing underwear or free climbing - self-care can look very different. While some people go journelling, others prefer to meditate or go to couples counseling. Still others shout at trees in the forest, practice blasphemous "mental hygiene" or watch trash TV. What comfort food do you use to stimulate your vagus nerve? How do you convince yourself to go jogging in bad weather? The evening with us has a lot in store for your senses: explosive playfulness, creative excesses and magical moments. PLAYBACK: we play your experiences improvised live on stage.
