To mark Human Rights Week, the Ministry for Children, Youth, Family, Equality, Refugees and Integration of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia and the Kunstsammlung Nordrhein-Westfalen are hosting a panel discussion at K20. The discussion will focus on the legal, social and structural equality of trans* people - and combine these issues with artistic approaches to the visibility of queer life in the context of universal human rights. Together with representatives from politics, justice, science and the community, progress and challenges will be highlighted, experiences made visible and perspectives for a future free of discrimination outlined.
