Have you always wanted to try improv theater? Be spontaneous without fear of making mistakes? Playfully invent stories with others and laugh together? Then PolkaBEGINNER is just the workshop for you!

Here you will learn the basics of improvisational theater in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere. We practise staying in the moment, responding to our fellow players and having fun creating scenes together - without any pressure and with lots of fun!

Workshop content: Basics of improvisation - What is improv theater? First playful exercises. Interaction & spontaneity - How do scenes develop in the moment? Saying yes & celebrating failure - the courage to be creative without fear of making mistakes.

Characters & emotions - How do I bring characters to life?
Scene development - How do small stories develop on stage?
Improv games & fun - Laughing, trying things out and experiencing improv together!
