Crisp chocolate, a glossy mirror finish, melt-in-your-mouth fillings: In our praline workshop, you’ll learn step by step how handmade pralines are made—from decorating the mold to the perfect demolding. A delightful experience that makes an excellent gift and is ideal for group and corporate events.
The Art of the Praline
In this course, you’ll dive into the world of confectionery. Together, you’ll work with high-quality couverture chocolate, learn precise tempering techniques, and understand how texture, aroma, and appearance work together. Our experienced pastry chefs will show you the key techniques—in a clear, hands-on way and with an eye for detail.
Shape, Shine, Filling
You’ll decorate praline molds, temper chocolate to perfection, create velvety fillings, and learn how to neatly seal pralines and then gently demold them. In the process, you’ll discover what matters when it comes to temperature, flow characteristics, and resting times—ensuring your pralines not only taste amazing but also look stunning.

What to Expect in the Course
After a warm welcome with a welcome drink, you’ll receive a concise introduction to ingredients and tempering methods. Then it’s time to get hands-on: preparing and decorating molds, tempering chocolate, cooking and emulsifying fillings, pouring, filling, and sealing neatly—and finally, unmolding the finished pralines, tasting them, and finishing them off.

Goals of the Chocolate Course
After the course, you’ll be able to temper chocolate safely, use molds professionally, make fillings, and seal chocolates properly. You’ll take home a selection of your own chocolates—perfect as a personal gift or for special occasions—along with the knowledge to recreate them anytime.
