As part of the nationwide rallies

Right-wing extremist parties demand measures that deprive refugees and migrants of their basic human rights. They judge people according to their origin and are therefore characterized by a racist view of humanity.
We therefore support the nationwide initiative to check the constitutional compliance of *parties that are classified by the Office for the Protection of the Constitution as suspected or confirmed right-wing extremists.
TÜV, tax returns, Stiftung Warentest: Germany is constantly being tested. It would be absurd to refrain from testing the existential question of our democracy of all things.

The demand: Bavaria should lobby the Bundesrat for a PRÜF procedure at the Federal Constitutional Court.
