Our day retreat is an invitation to consciously step out of your everyday life and get a little closer to yourself again.
We work with various elements that support you in getting more into your body and less into your head. These include a cocoa ceremony to arrive, a guided movement experience, Conscious Connected Breathing and space for reflection and integration.
It is important to us not to create an "event character", but rather a clearly defined process in which you feel safe and can engage in the process at your own pace.
Many participants realize in everyday life that they understand and reflect a lot and yet there is little real access. This is exactly where we come in.
It's not about achieving something specific, but rather about becoming more aware of what is already there. Both physically and emotionally.
We work in small groups and accompany you throughout the day. There are always phases for yourself, but also structured parts that give you orientation.
