Qi Gong is a traditional Chinese practice that uses gentle movements, breathing and mindfulness to harmonize the flow of energy in the body.
At the beginning, we activate the body and ease into the practice. The core of the class is the 18 harmonious Taiji Qi Gong exercises (Shibashi) - flowing, simple movements performed with calm breathing and clear attention.
