Trainer: Tanja Steinhilber
Tanja is a yoga & qigong teacher - In her practice, she combines elements of vinyasa yoga, fascia work and regenerative back yoga with meditation, breathing exercises and qigong. She is particularly interested in the gentle connection between body and mind - through movement, presence and conscious breathing.
