Queer Slam Workshop – Queere Worte für die Bühne

In the organizer's words:

Queer Slam Munich invites you to a writing workshop for the first time! In this workshop you will learn within three hours how to get from a text idea to a finished stage text and how to present it to an audience afterwards. The workshop will take place on February 9 at Sub.

The workshop will be led by Stef. Stef has already performed on stage several times at the Queer Slam Munich. Stef (1996) is an artist of Greek origin from Munich, living in Cologne.
Since 2014, Stef has been touring the cabaret stages in German-speaking countries with texts on topics such as queerness and mental health.
Stef's focus will be on texts that deal with social issues of togetherness and their performative presentation.
You are of course welcome to take part in the workshop with any text idea - or even without one. The workshop is suitable for beginners as well as experienced poets.

Participation in the workshop is free of charge and possible without any stage experience. The workshop is linked to the opportunity to perform at one of the next Queer Slams. Participation in the workshop is also possible if there is no interest in performing. The workshop is open to all people who identify as queer.
