The many important services for the queer community in Cologne are now being expanded with a new format:

Rainbow Day!

Companies present themselves here as regional employers and show why they see diversity in the company as an essential part of the corporate culture and are very happy to talk to interested visitors from the queer community (and all those for whom diversity is important).

Conversely, everyone who visits Rainbow Day learns how authentic a company is and whether their own personality is reflected in this company. Regardless of industry or general field!

The Rainbow-Day Cologne is complemented by a supporting program that invites you to exchange ideas, engage in dialogue, get to know each other and network outside of career talks.
