RALF LUBISCH »VON ARDNACRUSHA NACH BREMEN-FARGE«

The Farge fuel depot of the "Wirtschaftliche Forschungsgesellschaft" is the largest underground fuel depot in the world, built in the course of the rapid rearmament of the Nazi Reich. It was built, managed and guarded by people from half of Europe between 1938 and 1945. Ralf Lubisch presents some of their lives.
In cooperation with the Focke Museum and the International Peace School.
The lecture is part of the exhibition "VERSCHLEPPT. FLAWED. FORGOTTEN? FORCED LABOR IN BREMEN 1939-1945", on display from March 1 to June 22, 2024 in the Gustav Heinemann Bürgerhaus.
