Rassismus- und Diskriminierungssensibilität

Sustainability means more than environmental awareness. As part of Sustainability Week, this workshop will focus on two equally important UN sustainability goals: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions and Reduced Inequalities. Our aim is to contribute to building an inclusive society that is sensitive to racism and discrimination.

We will address the question of what is meant by racism, how it differs from discrimination and where we can encounter racist structures in everyday life. The aim of the workshop is to raise awareness of the topic, to question our own thought patterns and to take away concrete options for action for everyday life.

Through interactive exercises, reflection rounds and questions to stimulate discussion, we create a space for open exchange and shared learning. Nobody has to be perfect - the decisive factor is the willingness to engage with the topic. Together we will develop a stronger awareness for a sustainable, non-discriminatory society.
