1989 and the Loveparade:

One of the Berlin originals of electronic music who deserve the title "legendary" is certainly Dr. Motte. As an icon of the techno scene - DJ, producer and remixer from the original vanguard of the few techno pioneers - Dr. Motte successfully initiated and staged the biggest cultural festival for music, tolerance, love and life itself that the world has ever seen: the Love Parade.

2024 and the Rave the Planet:

In 2019, Dr. Motte returns as the mastermind behind the concept of Rave The Planet - a new parade for a new era! In addition to organizing the parade and releasing new music, the non-profit organization he founded, Rave The Planet, is striving for the inclusion of our beloved techno culture in UNESCO's intangible cultural heritage.
