The group exhibition is based on the idea that waste is not just a by-product, but an engine of capitalism. The works presented turn discarded items into artistic material. They take up the seductive aesthetics of consumer goods and reveal their hidden attraction. Instead of idealizing nature or negatively evaluating waste, the works focus on desire as the driving force of the capitalist system.
